Why have my nasturtiums produced a lot of leaf growth but no flowers?

Nasturtiums naturally thrive in poor sandy soils in full sun.

Plants that are producing a lot of leaf growth and very little flower should be grown a little drier and feeding should be reduced to once a month.

Under these conditions the plants will start to produce more flowers.
