How do I care for my indoor azalea?
Posted by Suttons Staff on 19 December 2013 09:46 am

Keep your azalea tree in bright light, but not in direct sun. Grow on the plant in a cool to average room temperatures 60-70°F, 16-21°C. Keep soil thoroughly moist. If the compost is allowed to dry out the foliage shrivels, the buds will drop and flowers wilt. This acid-loving plant shouldn't be watered with hard water. For best results use rainwater or distilled water. When in growth feed your azalea every two weeks with a liquid ericaceous fertilizer
