I've forgotten my password, please can you send a reminder?

If you cannot login because you have forgotten your existing password please visit our website, and go to My Account. Click on "Lost password" and enter your email address in the box provided. You will be sent an email with a reset link.  Once you click on the link you will be required to enter your new password. 
Please ensure that you do click on this link as trying to use your temporary password on the Sign in/Register screen will not work.
